Steve Morris is a former Paralympian, certified athletics performance specialist, and one of South Wales’ most trusted distance running coaches with athletes training across Cardiff, Newport, Penarth, Barry, Pontypridd, Aberdare, and Tonypandy.

His coaching philosophy is built on one principle: precision over guesswork. Every programme is grounded in structured run programming, real race data, and a genuine understanding of what everyday athletes need to perform at their best.
